  • 2 fresh corn on the cobs, husked and silks removed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium high heat.

  3. Brush the corn with melted butter and season with salt. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, for 8 10 minutes or until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Remove corn from grill and immediately spread the prepared sauce evenly over each cob.
  5. Squeeze lime wedges over the sauced corn and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve hot!
