Ingredients
- 4 lbs boneless pork shoulder
- 2 cups Memphis BBQ sauce (see recipe below)
- 12 slider buns
- 3 cups Spicy Coleslaw (see recipe below)
Instructions
- Prepare the Memphis BBQ sauce (recipe below).
- Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper, then place it on a preheated smoker or grill set to 225°F (107°C). Smoke for 3 hours.
- Wrap the pork in aluminum foil and continue cooking for another 4 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (91°C).
- Remove the pork from the grill, shred it using two forks, and toss with BBQ sauce.
- Warm the slider buns on the grill for a few minutes before assembling.
- Assemble the sliders by adding pulled pork, more BBQ sauce, and a generous scoop of spicy coleslaw.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the sizzling, smoky delight!

Make sure to let the pork rest for 10 minutes before shredding to lock in juices.
