Instructions

  3. Brush each ear of corn with melted butter and then evenly coat with the Smoky Mountain Firecracker Spice Mix.
  4. Place the seasoned corn on the preheated grill, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking. Grill for approximately 8 10 minutes, or until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and let it rest for a minute before cutting into individual sections.
  6. Plate the corn sections on a large platter, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve with lime wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
