Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 ears fresh corn, husked
2 lbs red potatoes, cut into bite
sized pieces
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage.
In a separate bowl, melt butter in the microwave. Add white wine, cajun seasoning, garlic, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the butter mixture over the ingredients in the large bowl, tossing to evenly coat them.
Grill the vegetables and sausage first for 7 9 minutes until slightly tender. Remove from grill and set aside.
Return the grill to medium heat, add shrimp and cook for about 2 3 minutes per side or until pink and cooked through.
Combine all cooked ingredients back into the large bowl. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
