Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Brush corn with olive oil and season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill corn for 8 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped chipotle peppers, lime juice, and cilantro.
  5. Remove corn from grill and immediately spread chipotle aioli over each ear of corn. Serve warm.
