Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond flour
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) erythritol, for baking
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) apricot jam, sugar-free
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) apple cider vinegar Pinch of salt
