  • 12 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
  • 8 thinly sliced smoked sausages
  • 1 cup pimento cheese (store

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Spread the bottom sides of all 12 bread slices with pimento cheese.
