Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the peaches, coconut sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, solid coconut oil, almond butter, sea salt, and baking soda until a crumbly texture is achieved. Layer the peach mixture into a greased 9 inch round baking dish, then evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit layer. Bake for 30 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit filling is bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
