Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. Transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  2. To assemble the burgers, spread 2 tablespoons of smoky salsa on the bottom half of each burger bun. Top with chicken, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Add the top half of the buns and serve immediately.
