  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the avocados until smooth.

  3. With the machine running, drizzle in maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend until fully incorporated.
  4. Slowly pour in almond milk and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  5. Divide mousse into six small glasses or ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
