Nuts (Almond Milk)
Ingredients
- 3 large ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the avocados until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and sea salt. Blend again until well combined.
- With the machine running, drizzle in maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend until fully incorporated.
- Slowly pour in almond milk and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Divide mousse into six small glasses or ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Chef’s Insight
This mousse is best served chilled, so give it ample time to set in the refrigerator.

This recipe is perfect for a dinner party, as it can be made ahead of time and requires no cooking.
