Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook the ground beef with cumin, paprika, and chili powder, breaking it up with a spoon and seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain off excess fat if needed. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat another skillet over medium heat, add the sliced onions, jalapeño, and cook for 4 5 minutes or until softened.
  3. Warm up corn tortillas in a dry pan or in the microwave.
  4. Assemble tacos: add cooked ground beef, sautéed onions and jalapeños, crumbled feta cheese, avocado, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro leaves.
