2 lbs skirt steak
1 large onion
2 bell peppers (any color)
3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
8 large flour tortillas
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 bunch fresh cilantro

Instructions
Slice the onion and bell peppers into thin strips.
Season the skirt steak with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil, and sear the steak for 2 3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
