2 lbs beef flank steak 1 cup fresh salsa verde 8 large flour tortillas 1 lb queso fresco 2 avocados, sliced 1 small red onion, thinly sliced 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Season the flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
Grill the steak for 5 7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
