2 lbs pork shoulder
1 cup apple juice
1 cup BBQ sauce (store
bought or homemade)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Instructions
Combine apple juice, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Trim any excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut into 2 inch chunks. Add them to the slow cooker, making sure they are fully submerged in the liquid.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the meat is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Using two forks, shred the pork directly in the slow cooker, discarding any excess fat. Stir well to coat with the sauce.
Preheat a grill or griddle pan to medium heat. Add slider buns and toast lightly on both sides.
Top each slider bun with a generous portion of pulled pork and a dollop of coleslaw, if desired. Serve immediately.
