Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Cut a slit down one side of each pepper and remove seeds. Grill peppers for 8 minutes until softened. Stuff peppers with mixture, then grill another 5 7 minutes until cheese is melted and peppers are slightly charred. Serve with cilantro leaves and a dollop of sour cream on top.
