Instructions
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine coconut cream, powdered sugar, rosewater, cornstarch, sea salt, and lemon zest. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens into a soft dough like consistency (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes. Add finely chopped pistachios and mix well. Cover a tray with parchment paper and use a small cookie scoop or your hands to shape the mixture into bite sized balls. Place them onto the prepared tray. Refrigerate the bites for at least 1 hour until they firm up. Garnish each Turkish delight bite with an edible rose petal and a sliver of pistachio before serving.
