Ingredients
- 2 oz (60ml) Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Matcha Powder
- 4 oz (120ml) Boiling Water
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Mint
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the coconut milk over low heat until it reaches a soft simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey until dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whisk matcha powder with boiling water until smooth and frothy.
- Slowly pour the matcha mixture into the coconut milk mixture while continuously whisking to combine.
- Pour the final mixture through a fine mesh strainer into two tea cups.
- Garnish each cup with a sprig of fresh mint.

To create the perfect froth, use a bamboo whisk and perform a "chasen" motion in the matcha mixture.
