  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Place on prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and dill. Stir well. Brush the herb sauce over the salmon fillets. Roast salmon in preheated oven for 12 15 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile, steam asparagus for 3 4 minutes until tender but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve salmon with steamed asparagus and drizzle remaining herb sauce over the dish.
