Ingredients
- 1 cup rice pudding
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine rice pudding and milk, and cook over medium heat until the rice is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Once the rice is cooked, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add raisins and chopped pistachios into the cooled rice pudding.
- In a small saucepan, warm honey over low heat. Add ground cinnamon and cardamom, and stir until well combined.
- Drizzle the spiced honey mixture over the rice pudding, and mix gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Top with lemon zest, and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
