Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, egg whites, vanilla extract, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
