Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice 1 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice 1/4 cup sugar syrup 3 cups crushed ice 6 sprigs of fresh mint Edible flower petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. a. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and sugar syrup. Stir until well mixed. b. Add the crushed ice to the pitcher, filling it about two thirds full. Gently mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon or spatula to prevent crushing the ice. c. Divide the mint sprigs among 6 tall glasses and gently press them against the sides of the glass to release the aroma. Fill each glass with crushed ice, leaving enough space for the mocktail. d. Carefully pour the pineapple coconut mixture over the ice in each glass until full. Garnish with edible flower petals. Serve immediately.
