Ingredients
- 2 cups mango nectar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise pods
- 2 cups ginger ale
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the mango nectar, cinnamon stick, and star anise pods.
- Stir gently and allow the flavors to meld for 10 minutes.
- Fill four glasses with ice cubes and strain the infused mango nectar into each glass.
- Top up each glass with ginger ale.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
