Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground beef and CookJunkie's Tailgate Burger Seasoning until well combined. Form the mixture into 6 equal sized patties.
  2. Preheat your grill or griddle to medium high heat. Cook the patties for 3 4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of American cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.
  3. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or griddle for 30 seconds to 1 minute per side.
  4. Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a generous dollop of CookJunkie's Tailgate Burger Sauce. Top with the remaining half of the bun.
  5. Serve immediately with pickles on the side.
