Ingredients
- 1 large bag of tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Game Day Chili (recipe below)
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange half of the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Evenly spread half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the chips, followed by half of the Game Day Chili.
- Top with the remaining tortilla chips and cheese.
- Bake for 8 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and immediately top with the jalapeño slices, green onions, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
