  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 2 cups coleslaw BBQ Sticky Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all BBQ sticky sauce ingredients and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
  3. Place the pork shoulder on the grill and cook for 4 6 hours or until tender, basting with the BBQ sticky sauce every 30 minutes.
  4. Once the pork is cooked, remove from the grill and shred using two forks. Return shredded pork to the grill, continuing to baste with sauce until heated through.
