Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless pork shoulder
- 2 cups BBQ sticky sauce (recipe below)
- 12 slider buns
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 2 cups coleslaw BBQ Sticky Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all BBQ sticky sauce ingredients and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
- Place the pork shoulder on the grill and cook for 4 6 hours or until tender, basting with the BBQ sticky sauce every 30 minutes.
- Once the pork is cooked, remove from the grill and shred using two forks. Return shredded pork to the grill, continuing to baste with sauce until heated through.
- Assemble sliders: place a generous portion of BBQ pork on each bun, top with pickles, and spoon coleslaw on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
