Ingredients

• 1. 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 mix) 2. 1 cup bread crumbs 3. 1 large egg 4. 1/4 cup milk 5. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 6. 2 cloves garlic, minced 7. 1 tsp salt 8. 1/2 tsp black pepper 9. 24 slider buns Firecracker Sauce: 10. 1 cup ketchup 11. 1/3 cup white vinegar 12. 1/4 cup brown sugar 13. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 14. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 15. 1/2 tsp paprika 16. 1/2 tsp garlic powder 17. 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the slider patties.
2. Form the mixture into 24 equal sized balls, then flatten them into patties.
3. Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium high heat. Cook the patties for 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
4. In a saucepan, combine all Firecracker Sauce ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Brush the cooked patties with Firecracker Sauce and place them on slider buns. Top with additional sauce if desired.
