Ingredients

  • 8 Hot Dogs 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened 2 cups Shredded Colby
  • Jack Cheese 2 cans (15 oz each) Chili with Beans, heated 4 Hot Dog Buns Toppings: diced onions, pickles, mustard, ketchup, jalapenos, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill hot dogs for 5 7 minutes or until fully cooked, turning occasionally. Remove from grill and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with shredded Colby Jack cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread the cheesy mixture onto the tops of each hot dog bun. Place them on the grill for 1 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Top each hot dog with a generous helping of heated chili, then place the cooked hot dogs back into their cheesy buns.
  6. Add your choice of toppings and serve immediately!
