1 lb russet potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups chili (your favorite recipe or store

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Slice potatoes into thin fries and rinse them thoroughly.
In a large bowl, toss the fries with oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
In a separate bowl, combine chili with shredded cheese until well mixed.
Remove fries from the oven and immediately top with the chili cheese mixture.
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
