Ingredients
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet Tex
- Mex seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and add Tex Mex seasoning mix according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Heat refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Assemble tacos by layering ground beef, shredded cheese, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and sour cream on each corn tortilla. Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
- Serve immediately, allowing your guests to indulge in the sensory experience of sizzling Tex Mex flavors.
