  • 2 large ripe pineapples, halved lengthwise with cores removed 1 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed 2 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) Salt, to taste

Instructions
