Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract (if using), lime zest, and sea salt until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top for expansion during freezing.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
