Thai Iced Coffee with Coconut Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
• 1 can coconut milk
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Pinch of sea salt
• Ice cubes
• Optional: Whole milk or almond milk to taste

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine brewed coffee, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes. Top with a splash of whole milk or almond milk if desired.
3. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top.
