Ingredients
- 2 cups pulled pork (cooked and shredded)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (preferably homemade Memphis
- style)
- 8 slider buns (soft and slightly sweet)
- 1 cup coleslaw (store
- bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or griddle, warm the pulled pork over medium heat.
- Add in the BBQ sauce and mix well until the pork is evenly coated. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- On the top half of each slider bun, add an equal amount of the cooked BBQ pork mixture.
- Place a spoonful of coleslaw on top of the pork on each slider bun.
- Toast the bottom halves of the slider buns on the griddle or skillet until lightly golden.
- Top each slider with the toasted bottom half of the bun.
