  • 1 cup pulled pork, cooked and seasoned with your favorite BBQ spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium high heat. Season both sides of the beef patties with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the patties on the heated grill or grill pan and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  3. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese to melt.
  4. Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a few moments.
  5. Assemble your burgers by placing the cooked beef patties on the bottom half of the toasted brioche buns, followed by the pulled pork, coleslaw, and the top half of the bun. Drizzle with BBQ sauce, if desired.
