1 oz Sakura liqueur
0.5 oz Yuzu juice
0.75 oz Simple syrup
4 dashes Cherry blossom bitters
Fresh cherry blossoms for garnish

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the gin, sakura liqueur, yuzu juice, simple syrup and cherry blossom bitters.
Shake well to combine flavors.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a few fresh cherry blossoms.
