Instructions
In a blender, combine the pineapple and honey or agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended pineapple mixture into a large pitcher and add the coconut milk and orange juice. Stir well to combine.
Fill 6 tall glasses with crushed ice, leaving enough room for the mocktail.
Pour the tropical blend over the ice filled glasses, filling each glass to the brim.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
