Ingredients
- 1. 2 cups mango, diced 2. 1 cup papaya, diced 3. 1 cup pineapple, diced 4. 1 cup guava, sliced 5. 1/2 cup coconut rum 6. 2 cups passion fruit juice 7. 1/2 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed 8. 1/4 cup simple syrup 9. 1 cup sparkling water 10. Fresh mint leaves for garnish 11. Edible flowers for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango, papaya, pineapple, and guava. Gently toss them with the coconut rum and passion fruit juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Just before serving, add the lime juice and simple syrup to the fruit mixture. Stir well to combine.
- To assemble, pour the fruit mixture into six tall glasses, filling each about three quarters full. Top with a splash of sparkling water for a touch of effervescence.
- Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and edible flowers for an extra burst of color and fragrance.
