Season the mixture with red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. e. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in chopped basil, parsley, and cilantro. Set aside. f. In a separate non stick pan, cook eggs to desired consistency. We recommend poaching or sunny side up for this dish.
