Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and forms a light syrup. Remove from heat and let it cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add the cooled sugar syrup while continuing to whisk until well combined.
Fold in the cut Turkish delights gently into the mixture. Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish or individual serving cups and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
