  • 12 large jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  2. Wash and dry jalapeños, then slice off the tops and carefully hollow them out, removing seeds and membranes. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fill each jalapeño with the cheese mixture, pressing gently to pack it in. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick or skewer if needed.
  5. Place wrapped jalapeños on the grill and cook for 12 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese mixture is heated through.
  6. Remove from the grill, allow to cool slightly, and enjoy!
