Ingredients
- 4 Vegan Croissants
- 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
- 1/2 Cup Raspberry Jam (homemade or store
- bought)
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Cream Cheese
- 1 Tsp Chopped Fresh Chives
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the vegan croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the croissants with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake the croissants for 8 10 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through. e) In a small bowl, mix together almond butter and chives. f) Assemble the breakfast by spreading a layer of almond butter mixture on the bottom half of each croissant. g) Top with a dollop of raspberry jam and a generous spread of vegan cream cheese. h) Add fresh raspberries for added color and flavor.
