Instructions

Halve and remove pit from avocados, then mash in a separate bowl with a fork. Toast the bread slices until golden brown. Drizzle olive oil over each slice of toast. Top each slice of toast with a generous layer of smashed peas. Spread mashed avocado on top of the pea layer. Finish with an additional drizzle of lemon dill mixture and garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
