Add the vegan chouriço slices to the pan and cook for 2 3 minutes on each side or until heated through. d. Arrange two pieces of toast on a plate, layering a slice of tomato between them. Top with a generous portion of sautéed onions and chouriço. e. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
