Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup spinach leaves, washed and trimmed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the mixed berries, banana, pineapple, spinach, almond milk, chia seeds, and hemp seeds in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add honey to taste.
