Instructions

Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through (about 6 7 minutes per side). Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Whisk well to make the citrus avocado dressing.
  3. Arrange mixed greens on a plate or bowl. Top with sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and avocado slices. Drizzle with the citrus avocado dressing and serve immediately.
