Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, freshly washed
  • 1/2 cup kale, freshly washed
  • 1/2 cup napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup goji berries, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes and drained
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and halved
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 scoop plant-based protein powder

Instructions

    In a blender, add the spinach, kale, napa cabbage, goji berries, mixed berries, kiwi, and coconut water. Blend on high until smooth.
